Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday) after receiving your order. In the event where there is no available stock, we will contact customer for adequate arrangement.

Local shipment (within Singapore) is free for orders above $200. For orders below $200, we will charge $10 for delivery charges.
International shipment (out of Singapore) is subject to respective shipping charges according to ship-to location as indicated during checkout for payment to be processed. Customer is solely to responsible and to pay for any additional custom duties and taxes that are applicable.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. You may be contacted for delivery arrangement via call, text and/or email. Please use the tracking number provided to you via email to check the delivery status.

We seek for your understanding that we are not able to take the responsibility for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed deliveries, strikes, goods stuck at custom for customer unable to do clearance, etc..
