The founder, Sofia, started selling jewellery back in 2014 in Southern Italy at a small coastal market. She sold her products every summer after school till university. Sofia studied fashion business and history and turned her passion for jewellery into career. Buccarello carefully sources 925 Silver, Opals from Ethiopia and Australia, freshwater pearls from China, and semi-precious stones from India and Pakistan. Every piece of Buccarello jewellery is designed and hand made in Italy by Sofia herself and a team of local artisans. Pearls are imperfect, yet we embrace with love!
